Your privacy matters to LysCoding. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
The LysCoding platform is operated by LYSTARK VENTURES LTD, a company registered in Cyprus under Business No. 465431.
We use the information we collect to deliver and improve our courses, personalise your learning experience, process payments, send service updates and relevant offers, and comply with our legal obligations. The legal bases on which we rely include the performance of our contract with you, your consent (for marketing communications), our legitimate interests, and applicable legal requirements.
We rely on the following legal bases depending on the context:
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers that support our operations, including payment processors, hosting providers, email service providers, and analytics or advertising partners (including Google). We may also disclose information to legal authorities when required to do so by law.
We use Google services such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads to measure how the site performs and to deliver relevant advertising. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads based on your previous visits to our site or other websites (remarketing). You can manage or opt out of personalised advertising through your browser settings, your device's ad preferences, or our cookie consent banner.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, and we retain it only for as long as necessary. In practice, this typically means for the lifetime of your account, plus any additional period required by law (for example, payment records are usually kept for 7 years). Please note that no online system can be considered fully secure.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain types of processing, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to unsubscribe from marketing emails. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Cyprus, this is the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection. To exercise any of these rights, please email [email protected].
The LysCoding platform may include links to websites operated by other organisations. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
LysCoding is intended for users aged 18 and over. The platform is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date shown at the bottom of this page.
Where your personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or reliance on adequacy decisions.
